With the 10x10 MEGGa Egg Square, you can cook a DOZEN eggs or more at one time!  Here's how...

(FIRST - Your cooktop is obviously hot and ready)

Oil the square generously on the inside of the ring (butter will work) 

Place the square on a hot cooktop.

Add butter or oil on your cooktop surface inside the ring.

Scramble up as many eggs as you need, generally a dozen.

Pour the scrambled eggs into the center of the egg ring.

Add additional ingredients as needed; cheese, meats, veggies...right on top!

Simply lift off the 10x10 MEGGa Egg Square away from the eggs...straight UP!

Ummm, remember...IT HAS BEEN SITTING ON A HOT COOKING SURFACE ***IT WILL BE HOT TO THE TOUCH !!! (eye roll)

Now, using your spatula, cut up the eggs into sections (like cutting up brownies).

Now you can FLIP each section easily and cook to desired doneness!

Add more CHEESE !!!!!

You have now mastered cooking with the MEGGa Egg Square...but PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT !!!   GRILL ON !!!
